Payment Method of Instrument Division
Please first read carefully:
Instrument Division provides the following payment methods:
- For NCKU faculty and students who have access to the university’s internal budget management system, internal account transfer is available.
- Online payment is available via the National Cheng Kung University Online Payment Platform.
- Check / Postal Money Order: Please make it payable to National Cheng Kung University.
Send the check/money order along with the payment notice by registered mail to Instrument Division. We will issue and return the receipt by registered mail as well. Alternatively, you may bring the check/money order to our office in person to receive the receipt.
- Bank Transfer / Over-the-Counter Payment:
Account Name: National Cheng Kung University 401 Special Account
After completing the transfer, please email the transfer proof and payment notice to: em61351@ncku.edu.tw
Notice:
- Cash payments are not accepted. Please make payment only after receiving the payment notice. Multiple payment notices may be combined into a single payment.
- Receipts will be issued after payment confirmation. The receipt date will be the actual date of issuance. The receipt will be made out to the payer’s affiliated institution.
- Postal remittances usually take 1 ~ 2 business days to process. Bank remittances take about 3 ~ 5 business days.
- If you have any questions regarding the receipt date, receipt title, or mailing address, please contact in advance.
